Roaring Spout Seawatch in St. George, a Georges River Land Trust preserve, features a cliffside perch facing our beloved Metinic Island. We’ll meet at Blueberry Cove 4-H Camp and shuttle folks to the end of the private drive (or you can walk - over a mile) to a short trail out to the cliff. We will offer a shuttle at 7 AM. Our spotting scopes can see for miles, picking up possible great cormorants, northern gannets, and sea ducks. This is a great time of year to catch migrating common and red-throated loons on their southbound journey.
